Yes! We can do personalized orders for special occasions such as weddings, kitchen tea, bridal party/bride’s made gifts, baby showers etc

Can I change my payment method?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change your payment method.

We offer FREE standard trackable shipping Australia wide for orders over $50!

Standard shipping is $10 (for orders under $50)

Express shipping is $15

 

Can I change my address?

Please contact us at hello@lightandrituals.com within 1 hour of your purchase so we can amend your address, otherwise we may not be able to change your details.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship your orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. You will receive your tracking number once your parcel has been sent out.

  • Metropolitan areas – 2-5 business days
  • Regional area – 7-15 business days

Can I return my order for a refund or exchange if I change my mind?

We unfortunately do not accept change of mind returns. In the event that you receive a damaged item upon delivery, please contact  hello@lightandrituals.com within 48 hours of you receiving your parcel and we will happily assist you! Replacements or store credit s will be issued at the discretion of Light and Rituals.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can request for cancellation of your order within 1 hour of purchase. Please email hello@lightandrituals.com to request cancellation. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that has already been shipped out. If your cancellation request is approved, you will be notified of this and you will be refunded on your original payment method.

 

What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Your orders are wrapped with utmost love and care before posting. In the event that your order has been damaged during transit, or if you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact hello@lightandrituals.com with supporting photos within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will happily resolve this for you the best we can. We will either replace your item or raise a refund.

 

What are the candles made of?

Our candles are made of 100% premium quality soy wax, premium Australian made fragrance oil and lead free wicks. All candles are hand made in our lovely home here in Sydney Australia.

 

Do you ship internationally?
